One-off setup fee
£20.000 + VATPlus a performance fee, agreed with you rather than fixed. It flexes with your other fees: higher fees mean a lower performance share, lower fees mean a higher one. A performance fee matters because it ties our success to yours. We do well only when your fund does.
FCA fees are included in our price. All figures shown + VAT.
A minimum management fee of £750 a month (£9,000 a year) + VAT applies, so funds below £3M pay this floor rather than the percentage. The management rate tapers by amount raised: 0.30% on the first £5M, 0.275% from £5M to £10M, 0.25% from £10M to £15M, 0.175% from £15M to £20M, and 0.15% above £20M. AR services within the package range from £1,500 to £2,500 a month depending on fund size. DealsFlow deal screening is included from £350 a month based on typical usage; funds with higher deal volume may need to top up once their included credit is used. This compares to an indicative market range of £1,000 or more for comparable standalone screening tools. If you want Appointed Representative services on their own rather than as part of the package, they are charged separately at circa £2,000 to £3,000 a month. Figures are an indicative estimate to help you plan, not a binding quote. All amounts are plus VAT.
