Capra AGP LP  is a limited partnership that seeks to acquire a portfolio of petrol filling stations within the UK. To invest in the Fund, you must either qualify as a certified high net worth investor, a certified sophisticated investor or a professional investor, or have received professional advice specific to your circumstances.

The Fund is an opportunity to invest in a portfolio of petrol filling stations within the UK. The purpose of the Fund is to provide qualifying Prospective Investors with an attractive income in the current low yield environment. The Fund will make acquisitions upon the guidance of the Property Manager, Harkalm Investments Limited, who have over 12 years’ experience dealing in commercial properties.

Key Individuals - Adam Harvey, since co-founding Harkalm, Adam oversees the company’s investment strategy, new acquisition as well as the day to day management of the Harkalm portfolio. He has been involved in over 200 individual transactions.

Adam has key relationships with CBRE, Savills, LSH, Jones Lang LaSalle, Allsop as well as many local operators. Previously Adam worked as an auction surveyor with Barnett Ross, giving him an end to end understanding of the investment process.
