View servicesThe aim of the Service is to preserve capital value whilst seeking to provide an annual return to Clients of between 3% and 6%. An investment made in the Shares of Trading Companies should qualify for Business Relief and as a result should be eligible for Inheritance Tax relief once they have been held for two years.
Clients provide the Investment Manager with Mandates to make investments through the Service in Shares issued by Trading Companies and pursuant to such other strategies as may in the future be offered by the Investment Manager and agreed with its Clients from time to time.
Key Individuals - Rupert Strachwitz co-founded a sustainable energy business in 2007 where he was initially responsible for cross-border project finance before leading the business to a successful IPO on the London Stock Exchange. Rupert is also co-founder and the interim Managing Director of TR8CY UK Limited a technology platform supporting trade finance for SMEs.
Rupert is supported by a team of experienced investment professionals with backgrounds in venture capital, private equity and entrepreneurship.

CURRENT STATUS - OPEN
Open to new investors. The fund is evergreen. The minimum investment is £25,000.
Each Client selects an investment strategy and in accordance with their Mandate, the Investment Manager creates and manages a Portfolio on a discretionary basis for each Client. Clients may select a Mandate which is based on one of three investment strategies: Classic, Balanced or Dynamic as described in the Information Memorandum.
Based on the chosen investment strategy, the Investment Manager may then subscribe for Shares in one or more of the Trading Companies which will then be held within each Client’s Portfolio. The Shares are held by a Nominee on behalf of Clients who hold the beneficial interest. The Shares will benefit from a return derived from the trading activities and profi ts of each Trading Company.
Clients may also appoint the Investment Manager to make investments on their behalf pursuant to such other strategies as may in the future be offered by the Investment Manager and agreed with its Clients from time to time.
Other than a 1% fee on withdrawals, the Client does not pay any fees or incur any direct costs associated with their investment in the Service

Each Trading Company or its subsidiary will purchase a credit default insurance from an insurance company to protect its capital. It is anticipated that this will cover between 90% and 100% of the credit risk.
Please check the fees section of the Information Memorandum for full details. All fees and charges are stated exclusive of VAT, which may be applicable in some cases. Any fees and charges payable by the investee companies or the underlying businesses do not directly come out of your investment. However, they will effectively reduce the returns generated by investee companies and therefore directly impact your investment.
