GrowthInvest works closely with entrepreneurs, assisting with investment readiness, structuring of investment rounds and HMRC compliance. We aim to build strong relationships with the platform businesses, supporting them throughout their journey in order to generate the best possible outcome for the GrowthInvest investors. The platform technology provides the investors on our platform with full transparency on the underlying investments alongside efficient regular reporting at company level.
From our experience at GrowthInvest, the Fund has been designed to consist of three sub-funds, each with a separate investment policy. The first will target Investee Companies which qualify for SEIS Reliefs only. The second will target Investee Companies which qualify for EIS Reliefs only and the third will be a mixed investment policy which will target Investee Companies which qualify for SEIS Reliefs and / or EIS Reliefs. You will be able to choose how much of your subscription to allocate to each of these three sub-funds. The Fund is aiming to exit investments after three to seven years.
Key Individuals - Daniel Rodwell is the Managing Director of GrowthInvest. Prior to co-founding GrowthInvest Daniel worked in finance for nearly 20 years, managing institutional and private funds focusing on equities and derivatives. Daniel has been an angel investor for over ten years, he mentors growth businesses and sits on numerous panels assessing such businesses. He is passionate about increasing efficiency in the alternative investment sector.
Daniel is supported by a team of experienced investment professionals with backgrounds in venture capital, private equity and entrepreneurship.

Open to new investors. Fund is Evergreen. The minimum investment is £10,000 and in multiples of £1,000 thereafter.
The GrowthInvest Portfolio Service seeks to invest in and provide support for early stage companies. The Fund will be assisted by the Investment Adviser, EIS Platforms Limited (“GrowthInvest”), who are a team with extensive start up experience, and it is this team (headed by Daniel Rodwell) that will identify the Investee Companies. GrowthInvest will also act as the Company Mentor to the Investee Companies, in which the Fund invests. GrowthInvest will also include on its adviser team individuals who have considerable experience in sourcing, evaluating and monitoring early stage companies. Individuals include three external advisers, being Stuart Jeffrey, Mark Brownridge and Graeme Stenson.
Where possible, GrowthInvest will act as a Company Mentor and look to assist Investee Companies with the following types of services:

Recyclabox aims to be the only self-service machine that allows consumers to conveniently sell their unwanted electronics.
DT10 Sports was set up to make health more fun and engaging by creating food and drink products specifically for the sports fitness, recreation and exercise market.
